30-days money back guaranteed on regular standard products. 30-days are counted from when you receive your order. YOU MUST FIRST CONTACT US before shipping the product back to us. Buyer pays for returned shipping.
On custom made items - returns are not usually accepted. You could contact us and state your case for return of goods but we reserve the right to refuse to receive an item back and issue a full refund.
In the event we agree to a refund:
1. Item must be in top physical condition - or good as new, in order to qualify for a full refund. Should an item be received and shows any signs of damage or wear, we reduce the refund amount - as it is reflected from the item's condition
2. Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer.
We automatically approve a full refund should there be any issue caused by a mail or parcel delivery service. It is best that you open your package in the presence of a mail/courier service representative in order for us be able to make the insurance claim with them.
